SBQ
The smallest count I have ever done is 40 count and I stitched over two on that one. The largest was 14 count and I did stitch over one, its how I learned to xs, in fact I only heard about the over 2 thing about a year or so ago. I had been stitching over one for about 12 years. :o)

Post Xmas Exchange and Mail! Also PIF
Second, I had joined a Post Xmas Blues Exchange, where you send $10 of anything to cheer the other person up and yesterday I received mine. I am sending mine tomorrow, its been packaged and ready for almost 2 weeks! Hey, I have been sick and the deadline is the end of February so tomorrow I am off to the post office to send everything out.
Susy did an excellent job didn't she? I definitly don't have any xmas blues after opening this. I sure hope my receiver likes theirs.
I still have no stitching to show sadly. I bought this Gamecube game called Sims 2: Pets and I have been attached to it for a week now! I know too much TV, lol. I have to pull away anyways since I have Bday gifts to work on. I will try to stitch some other things too so I can have something to show you guys.
Thank you ALL for your sweet comments. They really helped. I appreciate all of you who take the time to comment here. Thank you again. :o)
EDIT: Okay DH came home with an arm full of stuff, lol. From my wonderful Aunt Leala who is as excited as I am to have another crocheter in the family. She sent all the way from St. Vancouver, Washington. The Annies Attic binder of crochet barbie patterns. She joined this when her daughter was young and since now her daughter is all grown up she past the binder to me. Also she sent me some cute food patterns. So yes, in the near future you may be seeing some crochet projects on here. I apologize in advance for my fellow bloggers who are not fond of crochet.
Also I had bought some cross stitch patterns from a nice lady who needed help lightening her load of xs patterns and 3 weeks later they have finally arrived! Here they are:
Now I have this awful decision on what to start first, LMAO. I am definitly feeling better. :o)
Okay for PIF I have:
Cindy - Got your info
Jennifer - Got your info
Cheryl - Got your info
Sonya - Got your info
And I have one spot left so anyone who wants it please email me your snail mail and put PIF in the subject box.

Pamela's Peacock purse came in and I love it even more in person! Thank you Pamela!
I love the wrapping it was in, It just made it feel even more special.
My second one was the Lavender and Lace patterns I ordered:
I haven't been stitching at all this week since my darling daughter Destiny decided to sneeze on me while I was buttoning up her jacket for school. She has been sick with some cold for weeks and thus passed it to me. I have had a bad head cold all week and with my synisis clogged up I can't breath, meaning i have a hard time sleeping and I have to eat with my mouth open so I can breath too. Not a lovely sight. I have been taking tons of Nyquil and today i am going to buy some nasty thera-flu but it works. I do feel a little bit better but still I am so tired and other than doing what I must for the kids, I haven't done anything. My DH was a dear and cleaned up around the house except for the kitchen which he seems to think he is allergic too. So tonight I must drag myself in there to clean up the ever growing pile of dishes. Kiley my little one got sick last night too and woke up this morning stuffy and coughing and then she threw up. But since this is a four day weekend I have to wait until Tuesday to call and make us all an appointment to be seen plus I am past do for that dreadful yearly pap all us women have to get. And I have to go get my eyes checked again and maybe get a new prescription. I hate going to appointments in the winter since its so cold and I walk everywhere.
And the bad part of everything is that our computer has been running a bit slow and has contracted some kind of virus thanks to DH downloading like crazy and didn't have Norton on. So he got mad and hit the tower thus damaging the hard drive. It now says hard drive failure is imminent when it boots up. So since we don't have a windows XP disc we are ordering a new tower, since the one we had needed upgrading anyways. We ordered it yesterday and now it is being made, hopefully we will have it in the next few weeks before the current hard drive crashes leaving us computerless. So this is jus a warning if you see me disappear for awhile thats what happened. We will also have to pay this guy another 30 Euro when we do get it so he can show up and re install the internet stuff. Its all in german and my DH can speak it but to read it he is useless.
LUCY: I preordered the peacock chair at stitching bits and bobs.
CAROLYN: I got my email today confirming they have shipped it on the 15th. I am eager for this to come in too and then away we go on it! :o)

Pay It forward and stitching update
Labels: Biscournu, cat sampler, Cross Stitch, owl, PIF, pilllow, winnie the pooh
It's simple as this: The first five people to respond to this post (via the comments section) will get some form of "art" made by me. Please post that you want in on this and then email me at Poohcorner1114 @ yahoo dot com with your name and snail mail. Also please put in the subject line Pay it forward so I don't think its spam and delete it. Think of it as something to look forward to getting in the mail. It will be original, made by me, but it may not be immediate, as I haven't made them yet. I am not sure what it will be.There is a catch, of course, the way this works is that if you sign up, you have to blog this as well and continue sharing.
Okay now stitching:
This little guy is going to my mom as she loves owls and collects them.
And those of you who have been following my blog should recognize this cat sampler. I had finished it but not made it into something and since I liked how the owls came out I did the same thing with this one. I think I will send it to my older sister as she is a cat lover. :o)
And this one I had accomplished him a few years back but never made him into something and when I saw this material I loved it for this so tada! Kiley has already claimed him as hers, lol :o)
And my final picture is a biscournu I started but i screwed up and made the outside first before making the design and as I hate frogging I left and just improvised on the inner border so now it looks retarded. I'll probably just do the back and put it into my basket of smalls and no one will ever get it or see it, lol.
EDIT:
Thank you all for the wonderful comments, I feel a little better about my biscournu. :o)
xstitch.nl The cat Sampler is by Helga Mandl designs and was in The Gift of stitching magazine issue 12. Theres a link in the right hand side of my blog that will take you to the magazine. :o)

I also ordered Celtic christmas, Celtic spring, Celtic summer, Celtic autumn, Celtic winter all be lavender and lace. And Miribilias designs christmas fairy, easter fairy and halloween fairy, they all come as kits and were on sale at bits and bobs for 37.99 instead of the normal 50.00 and I bought some patterns from another lady who was selling off her stash. I'll show you those when they come in. And I bought the new PR design Mylady snow along with all the floss and beads and the material. I hadn't realized it was going to be so much money but like I said in an earlier post, I'm getting it! LOL. and one final thing I have to show you. I bought this purse from Pamela Kellog who runs Kittyandme on etsy.com She is just a wonderful quilter and created this little purse which I instantly bought up the same day it was out for sale.
